I wish to draw the attention of the concerned authorities and the general public to the growing problem of unemployment in Pakistan.
Unemployment is one of the country’s most pressing challenges. Every year, thousands of students graduate from schools, colleges and universities hoping to secure meaningful employment. However, limited job opportunities leave many educated and skilled young people unemployed, leading to financial hardship, stress and disappointment. This, in turn, contributes to poverty, crime and other social problems.
The government should promote industrial growth, support small businesses and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities. Technical and vocational training should also be strengthened to equip young people with practical skills that meet market demands. At the same time, the private sector must play its part by providing fair and merit-based employment opportunities.
I hope the relevant authorities will take effective measures to tackle unemployment and help build a brighter future for Pakistan’s youth.
